We’ve launched a completely rebuilt publishing process in Fliplet, centred around a new Publishing Dashboard and an updated publishing pipeline. Users will see this new experience when they navigate to Publish in Fliplet Studio.
The updated Publishing Dashboard gives you a smoother, more reliable path to launch by handling app builds in Fliplet and guiding you directly into Apple App Store Connect or Google Play Console for the final review and submission steps. This means a more predictable publishing experience using the app stores’ native workflows, with up-to-date requirements, clearer guidance, and fewer surprises during launch.
This update also brings a range of practical improvements, from faster publishing and simpler setup to better troubleshooting and clearer visibility across builds. Below is a summary of the key benefits, followed by more detail on each one.
-
Faster native app builds
-
No extra setup for deep links
-
Save time on every build
-
Streamlined app store submission details
-
Quicker troubleshooting
-
Simpler notifications setup
Key Benefits
Faster native app builds, with less waiting
Native app builds are now much quicker and more reliable, especially for iOS apps.
What this means for you:
A standard app build process that could take around 10 minutes can now take as little as 2 minutes, with fewer interruptions and less manual handling.
Deep links work automatically (no extra setup)
If your app uses a custom domain, links to your app are configured automatically during publishing.
What this means for you:
Users can tap a link from an email, web page, or QR code and land on the right screen in your app — with 0 extra setup steps for your team.
Set it up once, reuse it across all your apps
Your organisation’s publishing settings, credentials, and notification preferences are saved and reused across future builds.
What this means for you:
You don’t need to re-enter the same details for every app or every release. Save around 5–10 minutes per publish, and avoid repeating setup work across apps.
Simpler setup, streamlined app store submission details
The publishing flow has been streamlined to reduce repetitive inputs and make setup easier to complete.
What this means for you:
Less admin, less back-and-forth, and fewer chances to enter the wrong information. What previously required around 30+ fields to complete now requires as few as 10 fields to publish.
Clearer feedback when something needs attention
Publishing messages are now easier to understand and more actionable.
What this means for you:
You can quickly see what needs fixing and what to do next, instead of guessing or rerunning builds. Troubleshooting can drop from around 30 minutes to 5–10 minutes in many cases.
Built-in notifications with fewer steps
Publishing notifications are included as part of the setup and can be reused across builds.
What this means for you:
You can keep the right people informed without reconfiguring notifications every time. What used to take multiple setup actions can now be done in as little as 2 steps.
Full publishing visibility in one place
The new Publishing Dashboard gives you a single place to track activity, check statuses, and review build history.
What this means for you:
It’s easier to see what’s happening, what was published, and what needs attention — especially if multiple people manage releases. Find build details in seconds instead of digging through previous runs, saving around 5 minutes each time you need to check progress.
