New Abstract Management solution
Managing abstracts can quickly become complex when submissions, reviews, decisions, and resubmissions are handled across forms, spreadsheets, and email threads.
Fliplet’s new Abstract Management solution helps teams set up a full call-for-abstract portal in minutes, without needing to stitch together multiple tools.
First-time speakers can submit without creating an account first, as the portal creates their profile as part of the submission process. Admins can also reduce manual follow-up, with decision emails sent automatically when an abstract is Accepted, Rejected, or marked as Change Requested.
The change-request loop also supports resubmission and re-scoring automatically, helping committees request revisions without coordinating every step manually.
Build automations faster with Action Builder
Action Builder lets you create secure automated tasks in Fliplet, such as sending welcome emails, scheduling reminder push notifications, or processing data for reports.
Instead of configuring every backend step manually, you can describe what you want in plain English through an AI chat interface. Action Builder then helps manage the logic behind the workflow.
