How do I use this screen template?
This template can be used as a contact form for app users, the submissions then can then be reviewed to consider user questions, updates and improvements to the app functionality.
What does this screen template do?
This screen template easily allows the end user to reach out to the relevant people by filling in the form.
How do I customize this screen template?
I can update the form fields according to my needs, either by adding or removing fields based on the type of questions the users might have. I can also add an email template in the form settings to receive an email every time the form is submitted and not miss any contact requests from the end users.
