Case Study: minyoubis’s Multilingual Event Success

Minyoubis needed a robust, multilingual event app to support over 1200 attendees at their annual partner conference. Their goal was to deliver a seamless experience across three languages, while keeping everything centralized and accessible.
Using Fliplet, they launched a fully branded, trilingual app that enabled high attendee engagement. Key features included a personalized agenda, exhibitor and speaker directories, FAQs, floor plans, and more - all in one place.

Product Updates
Test apps without publishing
You can now preview your Fliplet apps in a new browser tab, allowing full testing across devices and screen sizes without having to publish. If you want to share your app preview with a colleague or stakeholder, simply invite them with a minimum of testing access and send them the preview link.
This new option helps prevent usage of your app limits during testing, keeps your data cleaner, and saves you time.

Control how often a form can be submitted
You can now prevent duplicate form entries with the new Single Submission option. With a simple toggle, each user can be limited to one submission per form, without any custom logic required.
This makes it easier to keep your data accurate, simplifies reporting, and removes the need for manual checks or custom code. The setting is built directly into the Form component and is available by default.

Update to system email address
We’re making a small change to how system emails are sent from Fliplet.
Emails generated by apps you create or edit will no longer be sent from support@fliplet.com. Instead, these system-generated messages will come from system@fliplet.com.
There’s no change to how you contact us - you can still reach our support team at support@fliplet.com as usual. We recommend whitelisting the new address to ensure continued delivery.

ISO, InfoSec & Risk Management update
Throughout December, we’ve been supporting clients with security questionnaires, third-party risk assessments, and contractual due diligence. This ongoing work is part of Fliplet’s broader risk management programme, aligned with our ISO 27001 commitments. All requests were completed successfully, with no material risks identified.

We regularly make updates to our list of subprocessors to ensure we continue delivering secure and efficient services. As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and compliance, the list is available via https://fliplet.com/subprocessors/.
