David joined the firm 14 years ago, initially starting in a technical role, but in recent years has taken over as Head of IT. David works closely with the Managing Partner and the firm’s Business Engagement Specialist to ensure that the IT strategy, and the firm’s investment in technology, is aligned to support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Emma Jackson, Client Innovation Manager, Mills & Reeve
Emma is an innovation specialist with 20 years’ experience in the legal industry and is the Client Innovation Manager for the firm. Her expertise is problem solving and solution creation. She has considerable experience in managing projects, a strong technical background and is able to promote innovation by working with clients directly, running workshops, facilitating hackathons and using technology to bring innovations to life.
Jo Owen, Chief Information Officer and Divisional Head for the Central Services Division, Cripps
Jo is passionate about communicating and engaging with the business to understand the needs of the legal and support teams. She ensures the right processes and systems are in place to deliver the best possible service to clients. With over twenty years’ experience in the legal sector, she has a deep understanding of how law firms operate, enabling her to focus on ensuring efficiency and effectiveness and has a solid understanding of how technology can support her role driving the firm’s strategy.
Paul Harker, Head of Transformation Technology and Improvement, Anthony Collins Solicitors
Having been Head of IT for the last 9 years, Paul has expanded his role to head up the innovation and improvement team, ACSelerate, helping the firm achieve its mission to transform lives, communities and society and deliver social purpose through the delivery of both efficiency and disruptive innovation projects. As well as being a Board member and Culture Lead for the firm, Paul has a strong belief that leading lasting firm-wide change can only be achieved by having a positive intentional culture that permeates the whole firm.
