Can someone help with custom code on the “My list” page on the directory template.

basically when you click on the email icon on your list it must open another form and pass all the email addresses as a parameter to that form.

Can anyone help?
I have tried editing the code with no success

Hi

I am tried editing the JavaScript with no success. The email addresses are in the list which currently opens an email on the device.

I want it to open another form and pass those email addresses to that form
